16 JUMO trainees start their careers after successful exams

A very special cohort

In the summer of 2021, 16 apprentices from JUMO GmbH & Co. KG successfully passed their examinations and received their final certificates and a gift from Managing Director and shareholder Bernhard Juchheim at a ceremony. The best graduation was achieved by Niklas Hillenbrand with the grade "very good" (97 percent according to the IHK key).

In the presence of Human Resources Manager Alexandra Dantmann and Deputy Works Council Chairman Harald Kaib, Bernhard Juchheim emphasized the special achievement of the 2021 training cohort: "They completed the final year of their training and the demanding examinations under significantly more difficult conditions. They deserve the utmost respect for this."

"Due to the constantly changing Corona situation, they have had to repeatedly adapt to new challenges in recent months and show the highest degree of flexibility. These are qualities that are also repeatedly required of them in their professional lives," added Alexandra Dantmann.

The HR manager also thanked the training managers Tamara Stauch (commercial) and Frank Blasinger (technical) as well as the trainers Karsten Röth, Thomas Plur, Sebastian Krenzer, Frank Decher, and Raphael Gutmann. "They have used flexible methods and creative approaches to ensure the high-quality standard of JUMO's training, while at the same time preparing the apprentices optimally for the exams."

Eleven apprentices were taken on by JUMO, while five opted for a different career path or to study. The following apprentices successfully passed their exams: Romina Trost, Hannah Müller, Florian Römmelt, Lilli Reinhard, Lukas Kling, Lara Zachartschuk, Jacqueline Müller (all industrial trainees), Max Baumgart, Nico Maikranz (all IT specialists), Fabian Knüttel, Nils Magerhans, Niklas Hillenbrand, Jonah Philippi, Matthias Reger (all electronics technicians), Noah Kirsch, Lukas Lorey (all industrial electricians).
